Medication Checks
Whether medications are taken by bubble pack or medication dosette, medication checks can be set up to ensure pills are not being missed and instructions are maintained.
A breakdown of medications can be provided as well.
Physical Assessment & Vital Signs
It all begins with knowing your base vitals. Monitoring blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels, and blood sugar as needed.
Have a head to toe assessment - heart, lungs, bowels, and more.
Hospital Discharge Followup
At times people can feel uneasy going home from the hospital. Maybe they are not feeling quite ready.
Book a post hospital follow up to ensure you feel supported. Assessment included.
Personal Care
Looking for assistance with personal care and health-related tasks, including bathing, hair washing, personal hygiene, ostomy care, and a head-to-toe assessment?
Mini head to toe assessment when a personal care service is booked.
Basic Assessment & Nail Care
Basic nail care includes an assessment of hands or feet, cleansing, clipping nails, filing, and moisturizing.
If advanced foot care is needed will refer to podiatry and help arrange that.
Simple Wound Care
Need a dressing changed from the comfort of your own home? Wounds will be assessed, cleansed, and dressed according to previous dressing or physicians order.

Nursing Service Rates
A variety of nursing services can be combined to fit within the time frame you desire. Minimum 1 hour appointments. Areas greater than 15 km from Warman, SK will be charged $0.45/km for travel expenses.
60 minutes $80
90 minutes $120
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Etransfer, Credit Card
Unable to Direct Bill Insurance- check with your insurance about private nursing coverage. (Some Blue Cross plans will cover with Physician Note). Receipts will be provided to use for income tax.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments in order to give time to fill appointment for someone else in need. All appointments not given 24 hours notice will be subject to pay half the amount of the appointment time requested.
Thank you for understanding. Please note this policy is in place as missed appointments are times that services could have been provided to another individual in need.
