Jenilee came to do a home visit and review of my Mom after a hospital discharge. My Mom is elderly and living in her own home, but has had some struggles managing at home. We were unsure of her safety and she had some health concerns that she had to continue to manage after discharge. We thought it was importnat to have someone who would assess her in her own home, and to do it soon after she got home.
Jenilee is a Registered Nurse and did a thorough assessment and history. She gave me Mom helpful, practical advice on ways to manage her own health, and recommendations on meeting her needs going forward. My Mom flet comfortable talking to Jenilee and felt that Jenilee really listened to her concerns. We would highly recommend her services - we appreciated her expertise and her caring manner.
